Ensure your feeding line not less than 3mm inside diameter. this is to ensure positive pressure supply from oil pump
In my case i removed oil to water cooler that shown in the picture. in order run this system, there is an outlet from water pump that require to be closed
Instead of using normal feeding oil line from cylinder head, i had change it from other source. which actually taken from oil filter. i've made some modification on the sandwich plate of oil filter, largen the hole that suppose for oil pressure sensors. this mod is to allows more oil to be supply to turbo since it runs on journal bearings. suit for high pressure at high rpm. Those who are using ball bearings, no worry because they need fewer oil to be supplied due to less bearing contact area.

ReplyDeleteSorry bro i'm not sure which housing that u mention.plz explain further..how ever leaking may b coz of few reason..worn o ring, too high press due to added washer at press relief valve like some forman does. I used this setup previously but after a while i change to original feed line from cylinder head for some good reason.
